Exciting time for Omini

This is a picture of Omini on his way to church. He was a little nervous and a lot excited because he was going to pass the sacrament for the first time. He did really well and did not mess up at all. He said that he prayed allot and that is what helped him.

UFC

I am not really into watching the UFC. It is one of those things where you don't want to watch but you can't look away. My best girl Monica and her husband are die hard fans and watch every fight. L decided to order this fight and we had a pretty good turn out. These are a few of the people that came. My little sister Summer gets as into them as the guys (kinda like me and football) We might make this a regular event. It was fun!

Kya was on a train while we all slept

I love being a mommy for moments like this. Kya was putting the play make up on me that she received for Christmas when out of nowhere she says "Mommy, I went on the train last night!" I proceeded to ask her "What train?" She said "The Polar Express! Did you miss me?" I didn't realize that she was out and about while we all slept. I asked he if she was scared at all and she said "No. I had hot cocoa." I told her that next time I want to go. GOOD TIMES! Merry Christmas to us ALL! Remember why we have "Christ" in Christmas.

Dinner Party in Omini's honor

L and I regularly get together with the Mills and the Brents and do fun things. The Brents are in Georgia right now so they missed out on this one but we did invite Justine's father Brian and my sister Monica along with the Mills for a dinner party. It was reason to celebrate since Omini recieved the Aaronic priesthood yesterday. I am so grateful to have a husband that honors his priesthood and is worthy to bless my son with it as well. Rachel brought Mariah in a very similar dress as Zyan. They are so cute together!

Winter Fun

We have had a bit of snow out here in Eagle Mountain so the girls and I took advantage and went sledding yesterday. I only have a  picture of Kya because Zyan was bundled up in her Baby Bjorn inside my jacket. It was fun. Even though I couldn't see Zyan's face I could hear her smiles as we would pick up speed. We went to the amphitheater in Eagle Mountain. Kya only relates to the amphitheater as to when we see Jericho Road in concert. Our good friend Abe Mills is in that group and Kya kept asking when Jackson, Jordan and Tyson (his kids) were going to get there.  One thing I love about the holidays is sledding and then drinking some hot cocoa.

Happy Birthday Omini

It is hard for me to believe that my baby boy is TWELVE!!!! Where have the years gone?!?!? I LOVE MY OMINI! He has taught me so much over the years. I am truly a stronger person because of him and I thank my Heavenly Father for him. He is special! He has the kindest heart and can be so helpful when he wants to be. He has a GREAT love for his baby sister Zyan and will be her protector all of her life. He is amazing at playing chess and can probably beat most people. It is always entertaining watching him play on his Xbox. He makes funny noises and tightens all of his muscles  when playing it (even his toes point in funny directions). One time he was so intensely involved in his game that his hand charlie horsed on him. Dezmon wanted to help him but found himself laughing instead. HAPPY BIRTHDAY OMINI
DADDY AND I LOVE YOU!
